  1. I’m a dentist anesthesiologist in Pittsburgh trained for three months at UPMC children’s hospital. My absolute favorite attending was Dr. Licata! He is an amazing teacher, great anesthesiologist, absolutely hilarious and most importantly so calm under pressure. He never makes anyone feel insecure, never puts anyone down and gives you the perfect amount of guidance and autonomy. I still use the techniques he’s taught me in my day to day practice. He made me feel so confident during my peds rotation and for that I’ll be forever thankful! What a joy of an episode and thanks for featuring this awesome attending. He deserves to be shared with the world!
