Hi Jed,
I listen to your podcast regularly in the car, and really appreciate it as a high quality continuing professional development tool.
I only recently heard the episode starting with the report of the passing of Gillian Issacs, I was shocked and genuinely saddened (even though I’d only heard her voice at times) on your podcasts and never even seen her face. She seemed such a bubbly personality with a very full life that she enjoyed, such as from her many recommendations at the end of episodes. What a tragedy.
I am inspired to write this email in response to episode 287 which was on the anaesthetic care of transgender patients. Soon after listening the episode, my YouTube suggested for me to watch this video about a man in his 20s who transitioned to female and had full vaginoplasty surgery, it is worth a watch to understand his post-operative experiences: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HC-IXKibqQ8
Kind regards and blessings to you and your team,
Karlos
