    Very Informative and a great discussion – This is one of the burning issue in USA which needs to be handled.

  2. One of your best episodes yet. All the same issues here in Australia. I personally have been thinking a lot especially in regards to what are the implications of us being liberal with our Perioperative opioid use. I am a big user of intraoperative lidocaine and ketamine now and very sparing in my use of drugs like fentanyl. Really important to get the surgical junior staff on board about limiting opioid use past the 3-7 day mark. Thanks for your great podcasts keep em coming!
