I have üst completed reading EVERY DEEP DRAWN BREATHE by Wes Ely MD. It sone of the most amazing books I have ever read and has been and altering as a person husband ,member of the community, christian and physician. If on selects to read this book, unless one has lost ones conscience or has no moral considerations, I believe one will be dramatically improved in all aspects of ones life, have discovered the antidote to burnout and will be a much better physician and have drastic increase in job satisfaction. Clearly this transition will require one to radically change ones behavior. It will be dramatically for the better
