  2. I am currently a CA-1 at a University I would rather keep anonymous but we have had a few residents recently struggle with substance abuse. I sincerely feel like we need to implement a program like you all have a UCSF. Can you please send me a copy of your current hospital policy to help me get this underway? Thank you very much.

    1. Hi Justin. Dr. Fitzsimons is at MGH, not UCSF, but regardless I will send you some documents from him to your email address you’ve included here. I hope it helps you start a program.
