  1. I think it important to know that THC does linger that long if you choose to partake ( which I don’t ), and what the legal implications are.

    If you have poor performance due to fatigue with a clean tox screen it will be viewed in a different manner than when you have something show up.

    However I think that the effect of sleep deprivation/chronic fatigue/lack of life beyond work, on performance is a much larger problem for patient safety and possibly a root cause of substance abuse).
